![]() ![]() So in many cases you will expect a company wants to make sales and have revenue, well this may not be enough to get started on a strategy you need to ask why and what influencing factors in the sphere of your control drive towards that goal. My experience has been to start with the core KPIs and/or OKR’s that are driving the company and from those try to break them down into more salient pieces of the puzzle that you can control. ![]() ![]() Regardless of the current state of your data if you have the right data known, you have so much you can’t figure out where to start or even if you have no idea what you might have, starting with your data strategy and understanding the impact if can have on your product is the 1st foundation we all need in Product. This is such an important question to me and I will pose it as such. ![]()
